The redevelopment of the existing St Marys Sports Facility is a project that faced many issues dues to the unknown state of the buildings ‘bones’. The team, together withe the structural engineer, devised a way to retain the structure of the existing building only adding minimal structure as required to meet modern day standards. 

The facility comprises are large multi-function room with associated amenities and direct viewing towards the football field, A fully stacked bar and commercial kitchen, a meeting room and various storage areas.
